Our 60 minute class featuring a set vinyasa flow and held poses to DJ curated house music, Infrared heat at 38c and aromatherapy. This is hot yoga with a full-on experiential element of the senses plus huge health benefits.

This class is for all levels and the beauty of static poses is it enables you to witness your progression and improvement in strength and stamina, class by class.

SWEAT

  • RIDE 35 / 45 / 60 / 90

    Lose yourself and push boundaries in the best spin classes near you. Our original Ride is a high energy cardio workout on the bike to include upper body strength using free weights, all to a DJ curated playlist of house, hip hop and dance music. You can choose from 45, 60 or 90 min classes.

  • Power RIDE 45 / 60

    Power RIDE is our performance cycling class to improve speed + conditioning using power-based training zones. We will help you to understand your strengths & train smarter and maximise your training time using accurate fitness tracking.

  • RIDE + SCULPT

    SPN’s new signature Ride class combines 30 mins of high intensity cycling in our Ride studio, followed by 30 mins of upper body, glutes and core work in the floor studio. Challenge cardio and strength in this total body workout.

  • Community RIDE

    We are giving back to local community by offering our signature Ride 45 class at an entry level price point. It offers an opportunity for everyone to feel the SPN love and positivity through fitness and movement.

  • The Method / Hot Method

    Sweat your way through our signature mixed method floor class and experience a variety of our curated workouts. The class is designed purely by the playlist to include high energy cardio house, old school hip-hop squats and Ibiza chill yoga flow. A highly motivating class.

  • Power Boxing

    Power boxing is a high intensity cardiovascular workout which incorporates shadow boxing, combinations and plyometric movements. It strengthens, tones, and sculpts the whole body while enhancing your mind body connection through quick thinking movements and choreography.

  • STEP 45

    Get ready to step back in time and into some leg warmers with this 80s style aerobics throw back. We are bringing back step - but doing it better than ever! This class is full of fast feet, high kicks, banging disco beats and killer conditioning moves. With a genius combination of cardio, choreography and body conditioning there’s nothing you are missing in this all in one FUN FILLED class. You are guaranteed to leave feeling high on adrenaline and endorphins, with your blood PUMPING (to the beat) 🎵

STRENGTH

  • Arms, Ass + Abs (AAA)

    AAA is our strength and resistance class targeting Arms, Ass and Abs with a BIG emphasis on technique and form. This 45 minute session uses heavier weights, bodyweight and intervals with a deep core finisher. Each class is designed to be unique with benefits of a stronger, leaner body and focussed mind..

  • TRX 35/45

    TRX addresses the foundations of building muscular endurance and improving your cardio with a focus on strength and stability using a suspension strap system. TRX pits your bodyweight against gravity to build functional upper body, lower body and core muscle for a super strong and lean physique.

  • TRX Yoga

    Strengthen and lengthen muscles in the body as well as balance the mind in our TRX Yoga Flow. Sequences will rely on the TRX system as a prop for support and a tool for added challenge, emphasising core stability, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class will leave you feeling confident, empowered and aligned .

  • TRX Strength

    Our NEW TRX Strength class combines the best of the TRX bodyweight resistance training system with the ‘Xtra’ challenge of Dumbbell based strength training creating the ultimate workout to improve mobility, endurance + strength.

    Get sweaty, get strong and feel empowered! Class is open to all abilities but we recommend at least 1 regular TRX class beforehand.

SCULPT

  • Barre 45

    Ballet dancers have lean legs and pert butts for a reason. Our barre tone class does exactly this – we sculpt the entire body using isometric movements on and off the barre. Focusing on strength, alignment and tone while embracing energetic bursts of cardio. Move with a modern soundtrack to keep you energised and inspired to work like a dancer.

  • Power Pilates

    Level up and work deep into your core and back muscles in our strength-based Pilates class. We will take you through a series of challenging classical Pilates poses to improve your core stability and build a solid base. This class is more challenging and paced than our Align Pilates class.

  • Dynamic Pilates

    This up-tempo Pilates will focus on control and alignment, designed to strengthen your muscles and get your heart pumping. A cardio based full body session delivered with an energetic playlist to get that dopamine flying.

  • Dynamic Yoga Flow

    Our faster-paced, more dynamic yoga flow class is for those who want to inject energy, strength and power into their practice. This class focuses on functional movement through a spirited vinyasa flow and will leave you feeling buzzed with endorphins.

  • Rocket Yoga

    Rocket is a fiery and playful derivative of Ashtanga yoga but with less focus on perfecting a specific and traditional alignment and more focus on flowing in a way that feels accessible, authentic and right for you.

    Rocket works through all the joints of the body with plenty of abdominal strengthening, hip-openers, backbends, twists and lots of opportunities to go upside down(!).

    Expect to end the class feeling stronger, more flexible and uplifted.

RENEW

  • Align Pilates 45 / 60

    Align Pilates is a 60 minute class for creating positive postural behaviours. You will focus on alignment, muscle recruitment, building a solid core and most importantly the mind body connection. We recommend this class for Pilates newbies, anyone post-surgery/ injury, post-natal or if you are just looking for a nicely paced low level movement session.

  • Yoga Flow

    Travel mindfully through a beautiful series of Vinyasa flow yoga poses to create strength, agility and balance in this 60 minute Yoga Flow class. The Vinyasa practice harmonises the movements of the body and breath in creative sequences to cultivate a quiet in the mind and a connection to your body and closes with a relaxing savasana.

  • Soulful Yoga Flow

    Our 75 minute Soulful yoga flow is an extended version of our Yoga Flow class with more emphasis on Pranayama (breath) and Savasana (relaxation). Fully immerse yourself in the yogic traditions through a series of postures, standing and seated asanas, pranayama (exploration of breath) and a relaxing Savasana to close. This practice is a total treat for the soul.

  • Sweat + Flow

    Our Sweat + Flow yoga class is designed to align body, mind and spirit, featuring longer holds and some flowing postures to break down restrictions in the body and develop strength, stamina and a sense of ease. The room is heated to 30C to improve muscle tone & flexibility, relieving stress in the body. This Hatha style class is accessible to all levels.

  • Vinyasa Yoga Flow

    Let yourself be guided through a creative, smooth flow of yoga postures culminating in a peak pose or weaving a weekly theme. Each posture within the flow is synchronised with breath so that the practice becomes a moving meditation creating strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
