Join us for a four day POWER retreat: cycling, hiking, boxing, Pilates and paddle board yoga on the beautiful Balearic island. No cycling experience required, although we do recommend a couple studio RDE classes to prepare for the rides.

Experience balance, nourishment and total wellbeing at our SOUL retreat. Yoga twice a day, walking meditation, paddle board yoga, Pilates, nutrition talks and massage for a cleansing and holistic soulful experience. We will also guide you through an optional one day juice fast in the middle of the program.
