The lower back serves a number of important functions for the body including structural support, movement, and protection of body tissues. So when it’s not fully aligned it can start to have a real impact on your body as well as your everyday life, sometimes in a debilitating way.
As part of her Body Control Pilates qualification, Jaime specialises as a Back4Good Practitioner working with clients experiencing low back pain, disc and facet joint issues. Her personal experience with herniated discs, enables her to understand movement restrictions and how to develop a practice to alleviate pain and encourage mobility in the body.
