Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training (Plus CPD for Existing Teachers)
A program that offers you the foundations to create and confidently teach progressive, flowing classes incorporating elements of familiar traditional yoga poses with an interesting, new, refreshing twist of movement, breathwork, with elements of fundamental Pilates principles.
Led by Anna Robertshaw (Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals), Charlotte Azurdia and Abir Hamza-Goodacre, we will also teach you how to deliver a Hot Yoga class adding key points to make your classes accessible and safe in the heat.
