SPN are excited to partner with World Class DJ School, London Sound Academy for our second annual ‘DJ + Wellbeing Retreat’ on the magnetic island of Ibiza. This retreat is suitable for anyone from minimal DJ experience to more advanced DJ’s wanting to learn new skills and hang with an inspiring group of people. We will offer daily energetic yoga classes, mindful meditation, Bionic Breathwork, kayaking and experiential island outings.
We will be based in the north at the idyllic, Can Anna, an old Ibizencan finca (traditional farmhouse) overlooking the spectacular Ibizan coast, with a unique countryside vista and direct access to the gentle rural ambience of Ibiza.
Our mornings will begin with yoga and meditation to help restore balance and set your intention for the day. This will be followed by a healthy and nourishing breakfast to prepare you for daily sessions learning the skills of DJ’ing with London Sound Academy. A trip to Ibiza isn’t complete without a long lazy beach club lunch and an optional night out in Ibiza town. You will have time and space during the day to chill by the pool, walk around the extensive gardens, have a sauna or go explore the island. Based on our love for music and movement we will experience a signature SPN Sunset DJ Yoga session featuring one of our talented DJs, ending the evening feeling euphoric and fully aligned.
You will come away from this retreat enriched with a new found creativity by learning and sharing unique experiences with the group and LSA’s expert tutors.
The Energetic Island of Ibiza
Ibiza is iconic for many reasons – the White Isle is still indisputably the top music destination in Europe. International DJs travel here to play at its world-famous clubs, restaurants and uber chic beach clubs.
There is also a bohemian side to this Balearic island, making it a perfect spiritual destination and hot spot for yogis and wellbeing retreats. With dazzling beaches, undulating countryside, and an enviable food scene, Ibiza has much more substance than the kind that comes in the clubs.
From hidden coves with crystal-clear water to the rugged beauty of the of the island, Ibiza has a myriad of seaside options. With its wild and dramatic cliff edges and pine-carpeted rolling hills, every day ends with a spectacular sunset which Café del Mar made famous in the 80s.
Can Anna
A private oasis tucked into the hillside on the east side of Ibiza.
In a very peaceful and private area, you will escape the hustle and bustle of the island at this lush landscaped oasis overlooking the spectacular ibizan coast.
The 9 bedroom house has been interior designed to a modern specification featuring a main house and two further casitas with bedrooms. With extensive amenities to include a sauna cabin, yoga platform & gym where we will hold our daily classes and meditations.
The grounds include a lovely lawn with spectacular sea views, the signature infinity pool and herb gardens full of aromatic plants and bushes. We will enjoy our meals in the outdoor dining area, and there are loads of places to chill and enjoy the views around the property.
Nourishing and Delicious Meals
We will enjoy fresh, healthy food for breakfast, light lunch and dinner at the villa during our tuition days and a set menu when eating out. Alcohol will not be provided with meals as we encourage clean eating during the retreat, however we also believe in balance and you are welcome to enjoy wine and cocktails at your own cost. We will enjoy lunch out as a group at Ayianna Beach club, well known for their fresh and inspiring menus, design, music and truly stylish Ibiza vibes.

INTERNATIONAL DJ / LSA TUTOR
K. Wilson, an established international DJ, has graced the decks of some of the UK's most legendary clubs, leaving a trail of electrifying performances in his wake. From Printworks, where he showcased his skills during Skepta's SK Air tour, to Ministry of Sound for the highly acclaimed Hannah Wants Tour, K. Wilson has consistently captivated audiences with his dynamic sets. His presence has also been felt at renowned venues such as Studio 338 and Sankey's in Ibiza, solidifying his status as a sought-after DJ in the global electronic music scene. Adding to his impressive resume, K. Wilson has made memorable appearances at esteemed festivals including All Points East, Noisily festival, and Outlook Festival in Croatia. These festival showcases have provided a platform for K. Wilson to unleash his musical prowess and connect with diverse audiences, immersing them in his carefully curated soundscapes. As well as an esteemed career behind the deck K.Wilson has been a beloved tutor at London Sound Academy and has assisted in guiding the next generation of DJ's to success both new comers and established artists such Franky Wah, Jammer & Skepta (Mas Tiempo) and James Haskell.

Jaime Cooke
FOUNDER OF SPN / BIONIC BREATHWORK/ DJ
Jaime Cooke, Founder of Soul Power Nutrition will be co-hosting this retreat and brings with her a positive attitude, dedication to health and wellbeing and a love for Ibiza with over 8 years of retreat experience in the Balearic Islands. Her passion for healthy living and mindfulness will be integrated throughout the retreat.
Jaime delivers energetic and inspiring yoga classes combining uplifting organic and ethnic house music with a strong vinyasa flow sequence. She is a Bionic Breathwork Facilitator/ Teacher Trainer for UK and Europe. She teaches breathing techniques to combat stress, anxiety and makes meditation accessible to create mental clarity and tame the monkey mind.
She is also Body Control Pilates Supervising Teacher and Low Back Pain Specialist.
Jaime is a House Music DJ (DJ COOKIE) and graduated from LSA’s Advanced DJ Course May 2022. She has played Ibiza clubs, Ministry of Sound, EGG London and Private Parties.

Daily DJ Lessons with London Sound Academy
One-to-one DJ lessons will be available during the trip with both Buster and Kieran. Lessons can be tailored to suit any genre of music and ability level. Total beginners are welcome and pros alike. Lessons will be taught with Rekordbox and Pioneer DJ equipment and have the opportunity to record their Ibizian DJ set! You don't need any experience or equipment to join these lessons.

DJ Boat Club Trip
For a truly memorable experience, DJs will be invited to perform alongside Buster and Kieran on the Ibiza Boat Club trip to Formentera.
Embark on the embodiment of glamour where the sun-soaked Mediterranean becomes your dance floor and the luxurious catamaran your VIP haven.
Lunch and drinks will be served on the boat.

Sunset Live DJ Yoga Session
This immersive mixed frequency yoga experience will see you ebb and flow through vinyasas and energetic poses to ethnic house music by a live DJ. The session ends peacefully with a guided meditation. The perfect tonic to set you up for a restorative evening of pure zen and relaxation.

Daily Morning Yoga, Breathwork + Meditation
You will set your intention for the day and be guided through a morning vinyasa flow yoga session paired with ethnic house music with SPN Founder, Jaime Cooke.
Followed by breathwork and meditation practice to tap into your creative Theta state.

Bionic Breathwork Sessions
Bionic Breathwork is a mind-blowing experience using a method of active conscious connected circular breathing. This style of breathwork is scientifically proven to produce a physiological change in your body/mind that allows you to access non ordinary states of consciousness where the monkey brain and ego turn off and the less active parts of the consciousness take over. Benefits of Bionic Breathwork include, healing past trauma, reduction of stress and anxiety, healing chronic pain, balancing hormones, increasing intuition, and improving sleep. The session will leave you with a deep sense of self love, joy and gratitude.

Beach Club lunch at Aiyanna
Enjoying a simple, honest, great tasting lunch as a group in a warm and inspiring environment. Ayianna uses the finest ingredients, locally sourced where possible in a perfect setting on Cala Nova, a short walk from the villa.
