Classes are not for everyone and we understand that. If you would like to increase your strength, are looking to train for a sports event or would like a plan which is more personalised, a 1:1 could be what you are looking for.

Rehabilitate

Whether it’s from a past injury or lifestyle choice we can work with you to strengthen weak areas and work towards finding relief from pain or loss of movement.

Manage Weight

We can work with you to design a plan which would suit your fitness goals. We can create a plan either solely through fitness or with the additional support from our nutritionist to achieve your goal, supporting you each step of the way

Your Choice

Training sessions can be booked in all our class styles, from a private performance based POWER RIDE with FTP fitness test to a private ALIGN pilates session to help ease lower back pain or a session with a private yoga instructor. Your choice.

Group Sessions

If you’d like to exercise with a small group of friends or partner, we can also arrange smaller class sessions. Contact us and we’d be happy to chat about all our options including studio hire.
