We invite you to discover, learn and reconnect with your inner self at this small intimate transformational retreat located in Suffolk.

We will be based at Wilderness Reserve, a vast 8000-acre estate of beautiful woodland, with lakes and rolling pastures.

Our mornings will begin with a yoga practice to help restore balance and set our intentions for the day. We will dip in the lake for cold water swims and invigorate our systems in a variety of breath work and meditation sessions. We will enjoy an inspiring and delicious vegetarian menu, engage in talks on lifestyle hacks for vitality, longevity and more mindful living. In your free time, you can chill, walk, cycle or hang out in our private spa area where we have a hot tub, sauna and treatment room.

We will run daily round table discussion on the following topics:

1. Why we sleep - through many discoveries over the past 20 years we have come to realise the multitude of health-ensuring benefits of sleep. This talk will shed light on:

  • Why sleep has such a profound impact on health and wellness

  • How sleep enriches brain function

  • The impact of sleep on the immune system, metabolic state and microbiome

  • The unique benefits of dreaming 

  • Life hacks to promote better quality and duration of sleep

2. The Science behind cold and heat therapy and how to do it for maximum benefit.

Cold-water immersion and heat therapy are among the biggest longevity trends of the past few years, but they have a long-standing tradition of being practiced around the world. 

Find out how cold therapy:

You will come away from this incredibly informative retreat feeling awakened, well-nourished and ready to enter the new season with a spring in your step and some tips for living an optimum life.

The Itinerary

  • Daily Morning Yoga + Meditation

    You will set your intention for the day and Abir will guide you through an awakening morning yoga and meditation.

  • Breathwork Sessions

    Breathing is philosophy in action. Jaime will teach you daily breathwork practices that will help combat stress, overthinking and anxiety.

  • Wellbeing Talks

    We will hold round table discussions on health, wellbeing, and nutrition and how to optimise your body and mind for long and happy life.

  • Wild Swimming

    The benefits of cold water therapy are endless, our favourites include: boost immunity, increased focus, energy, endurance and endorphins. We will take a daily dip in the lake to experience all the feels.

  • Forest Bathing/Walking in Nature

    This Japanese practice is a process of relaxation; known in Japan as shinrin yoku. The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help you de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.

  • Full Body Massage

    You will enjoy a unique body massage using signature herbal-infused oils to release tension, impurities and trapped energy within the body. You will fully surrender to 60 minutes of total bliss and a sense of wellbeing.

Your Hosts

  • Jaime Cooke

    Founder SPN; Pilates Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator + Wild Swim Enthusiast

    SPN’s founder will be guiding you through breathwork sessions which you can take into your daily life to combat emotional stress, anxiety and feel an overall sense on calm. Her discovery of this modality has led her to a daily practice and furthering her knowledge in this area and recently certified with Yogalap and Bionic Breathwork. She will also dive into the benefits and experience cold water wild swims together.

    Jaime is a Body Control Pilates Instructor and Supervising Teacher with over 8 years experience. She specialises as a Back4Good Practitioner working with clients experiencing low back pain, disc and facet joint issues. Her personal experience with herniated discs, enables her to understand movement restrictions and how to develop a practice to alleviate pain and encourage mobility in the body.

    In addition to Jaime’s studio work, she is an avid adventurer and always looking to learn and try new things to challenge her body and expand the mind.

  • Abir Hamza-Goodacre

    500hr YTT + Nutritional Therapist

    Abir is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist offering nutrition and lifestyle coaching to help her clients feel healthy, productive and in control of their wellness. She has over 12 years’ experience in the field of nutrition, providing a personalised, evidence-based and practical approach to health. Abir is a practitioner, speaker and Director at the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).

    Abir is also an experienced yoga teacher (500hr YTT). She gained her yoga certifications through YogaWorks and SmartFLOW Yoga (California, USA) and teaches a harmony of classical yoga with the more modern anatomy. She brings a fresh and soulful approach to her popular yoga classes, incorporating a dynamic sequence of poses, yoga philosophy and breath work to strengthen and align the body, and at the same time bring a sense of peace and quiet to the mind.
