We will take you through bike safety and set up, how to program rhythm ride and performance-based classes, plus a HUGE emphasis on music and how BPMs translate to RPMs to get the most out of your Clients.

You will come away from this course feeling confident to teach a kick a$$ spin class plus our DJ will curate 3 playlists you can use in your future classes.
